Our Mission

Our History

Our company, then named Beko Ticaret A.Ş., was established in 2003.

In 2007, we rebranded ourselves as Zer Merkezi Hizmetler ve Ticaret A.Ş.

Promena, a platform for procurement and supplier solutions, joined the Zer family in 2013.

Our private personnel transportation service, Araçİste, was launched in 2016.

Zervis, the intelligent tracking service for passenger transportation by bus, minibus, etc. was started in 2018. Ingage Dijital Pazarlama Hizmetleri A.Ş. was established through the equal partnership of Zer, bringing into the pot its experience in digital media and marketing activities and WPP, a globally renowned company.

In 2019, the Hayalimiz Benzer cooperation program was launched to acknowledge and reward the ideas and practices brought forward by Zer's suppliers to promote sustainability. ZerOnline, the online go-to-address for corporate orders, also began its operations in 2019.

Our Awards

For our business model that acts as a bridge between companies and suppliers, ensuring optimal cost, reliability, traceability and efficient use of resources in corporate sourcing and supply chain management with more than 20 thousand suppliers, we were awarded in multiple categories in The Stevie International Business Awards 2021 program. We received the Gold Award as the "Best Company of the Year in the Corporate Products and Services category, the Silver Award in the Sales and Revenue Generation Success category, and the Bronze Award in the Differentiated Services category.

At the Best Business Awards 2021, one of the most prestigious awards in the UK, we also won prizes in the categories "Best Large-Size Company" and "Best Supply Chain and Procurement Management".

In 2022, our company received 45 awards from global award programs. At the 2022 Stevie International Business Awards, we received 13 awards for our Zer, Promena, ZerOnline and Hayalimiz Benzer brands and our human resources practices. We were honored with 25 awards at the Business Excellence Awards and the CEO World Awards of the US global awards program Globee Awards.
