Ahmet Nesimi Solmaz

Ahmet Nesimi Solmaz completed his undergraduate studies in Business Administration in English at Marmara University and earned his master’s degree in business administration from Koç University.

Mr. Solmaz began his professional career in 2005 as an audit assistant at Koç Holding, where he held various positions as an expert and manager. In 2014, he became the Internal Audit Manager at Setur Servis Turistik A.Ş. In 2017, he joined Türkiye Petrol Rafinerileri A.Ş. as Risk Management and Audit Manager. After serving as the Director of Financial Affairs at Tüpraş between 2022-2024, Solmaz joined Zer Merkezi Hizmetler ve Ticaret A.Ş. and currently serves as the Deputy General Manager of Financial Affairs and Compliance at KoçZer.
