Füsun Çelik

Füsun Çelik graduated from Hacettepe University, Department of Business Administration, in 2004.

She began her professional career in the same year as a Business Establishment and Development Consultant at Girişim Training and Consultancy Centre. From 2007 to 2014, she worked as an Organisational Development Specialist at Tofaş Türk’s automobile factory. Between 2014 and 2018, Çelik held roles as a Performance and Compensation Management Specialist and Organisation Development Manager at Koç Holding.

From 2019 to 2021, she served as Tüpraş Talent, Leadership Development, and Employer Branding Group Manager. In 2021-2024, she worked as Human Resources Manager at Arçelik - LG.

Since April 1, 2024, Füsun Çelik has been serving as the Human Resources Director at KoçZer.
