Gökhan Akça

Gökhan Akça holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Middle East Technical University.

He began his career as Sales Manager at IBM Türk in 1989. He went on to hold positions as Assistant General Manager at Cisco, Tepum, and KoçSistem, before becoming General Manager of KoçSistem in 2004, where he led the company in maintaining its position at the forefront of e-transformation. In 2007, Akça joined Koç Holding as Coordinator of Official Affairs and Media Relations.

In 2013, Akça joined Zer Merkezi Hizmetler ve Ticaret A.Ş. as Assistant General Manager responsible for Marketing Services. He is also the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Advertisers Association, a Board Member of the 1907 Fenerbahçe Association, and a member of both the International Competition Research Institute (URAK) and the Energy Efficiency Association.

Akça currently serves as Deputy General Manager of the Media Services Business Unit at KoçZer. In 2021, he completed the ‘Digital Strategies for Business’ certificate program at Columbia Business School.
