Serhan Turfan

Serhan Turfan holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Boğaziçi University and a master’s degree in business administration from Marmara University.

He began his career at Ford Otosan as a Sales Planning and Logistics Specialist. Over the years, he progressed through various roles, including Sales Support Team Leader, Sales Planning Manager, Sales Manager, Marketing Manager, and Service and Spare Parts Director. From 2010 to 2017, he held several directorial positions, eventually becoming Ford Trucks Turkey Director and Assistant General Manager in January 2018.

On March 23, 2023, Serhan Turfan was appointed as the General Manager of Zer Merkezi Hizmetler ve Ticaret A.Ş. He also serves as a Board Member of Ingage Dijital Pazarlama A.Ş.

Serhan Turfan participated in Koç Holding's ‘Be Global Silicon Valley’ program in 2017 and ‘Be Global China’ program in 2019. In 2020, he completed McKinsey's Personal Development Program in Turkey and Norway, and in 2021, he attended the ‘Leadership: People, Teams and Organizations’ program at Emeritus Institute of Management and Columbia Business School Executive Education. In 2022, he graduated from the Advanced Management Program (AMP) at Harvard Business School.
