Serhan Turfan

CEO

Serhan Turfan graduated from the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Boğaziçi University, and received his MBA from Marmara University.

He started his career at Ford Otosan as a Sales Planning and Logistics Specialist. Later, he worked as Sales Support Team Leader, Sales Planning Manager, Sales Manager and Marketing Manager at Ford Otosan, respectively.

He became the Service and Spare Parts Director in 2010. Turfan, who managed various directorship positions between 2010 and 2017, assumed the position of Vice President as of January 1, 2018, after his duty as Ford Trucks Turkey Director.

Turfan was appointed to his current position as CEO for Zer Merkezi Hizmetler ve Ticaret A.Ş. and Executive Board Member of Ingage, a Koç Group Company operating in digital marketing as of March 23, 2023.

Continuing his education as well as professional life, Turfan participated in the Be Global programs organized by Koç Holding in San Francisco and China, in 2017 and 2019, respectively. He completed the Personal Development Program organized by McKinsey in Turkey and Norway in 2020, and the "Leadership: People, Teams and Organizations" program jointly organized by Emeritus Institute of Management and Columbia Business School Executive Education in 2021. He graduated from Harvard Business School Advanced Management (AMP) program in 2022.

Alp Ressamoğlu

Chief Procurement Officer Logistics, Services and Materials

Alp Ressamoğlu completed his undergraduate education in Metallurgical Engineering at METU.

After starting his career as Production Manager at Arçelik in 1994 and undertaking many other roles, Alp Ressamoğlu joined Hong Kong-based Pacific Access, which provides product development, production, supply chain, and trade management services as Procurement Director. In 2010, Mr. Ressamoğlu continued his career as Deputy General Manager of Logistics at Zer Merkezi Hizmetler ve Ticaret A.Ş., managing the centralization of the logistics procurement processes of Koç Group Companies and developing the company's strategy in logistics procurement. Since 2017, he has been working as the Chief Procurement Officer Logistics, Services and Materials at KoçZer.

Ressamoğlu completed the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford Executive Finance Programme and Accounting for Investment and Managerial Decision-Making Programme of LSE 2021.

Gökhan Akça

Chief Procurement Officer Media Services

Gökhan Akça graduated from the Department of Economics of METU.

In 1989, he started his career as a Sales Manager at IBM Türk A.Ş. Then, he undertook the role of Assistant General Manager at Cisco A.Ş., Tepum A.Ş., and KoçSistem Bilgi ve İletişim A.Ş., respectively. In 2004, he was appointed to KoçSistem as the General Manager and took over responsibility for KoçSistem to preserve its leading position in e-transformation. In 2007, Mr. Akça joined Koç Holding as the Public Affairs and Media Relations Coordinator. He then continued his career as the Chief Procurement Officer of Media Services at Zer Merkezi Hizmetler ve Ticaret A.Ş. in 2013.

Akça is also the Deputy President of Reklamverenler Derneği (RVD, Advertisers Association), Board Member of 1907 Fenerbahçe Association, the International Competition Research Council (URAK) Member, and the Energy Efficiency Association Member.

Akça completed certificate program of Columbia Business School,in the field of "Digital Strategies for Business" in 2021.

Özgür Ergun

CFO

After graduating from the Economics (English) Department of Istanbul University, Özgür Ergun finished his MAs at Istanbul Technical University in Business Administration (English) and Sabancı University in IT.

After beginning to work as a Finance Specialist at Ford Otomotiv Sanayi A.Ş. in 1999, Mr. Ergun also undertook many roles such as specialist and manager. Between 2002-2004, he was the 6 Sigma Black Belt Project Manager at Ford Automotive and between 2004-2015 he assumed the position of Internal Audit and Financial Systems Manager. In 2015, he joined Zer Merkezi Hizmetler ve Ticaret A.Ş. as IT & Operations Group Manager. Since 2017, Mr. Ergun has been working as CFO at KoçZer.

Ergun completed the Harvard Business School Leader Development Program in 2018.

Orçun Güven

Chief Sales Officer

After graduating from the Department of Business Informatics (German) at Marmara University, Orçun Güven completed his executive master's degree at Koç University.

In 2007, he started his career as System & Business Development Specialist at KoçZer and he undertook various roles and responsibilities such as business development, marketing, and sales. Between 2016 and 2018, Mr. Güven was the Head of Sales & Customer Relations of Promena, the strategic procurement software. In 2008, he was appointed as Promena Services Director to manage Promena's sales, marketing, customer relations, business development, and product development activities. Since January 1, 2020, he has been working as the Chief Sales Officer after undertaking the further responsibility of managing the sales of KoçZer's procurement management activities.

Güven completed his postgraduate education in the field of "Digital Business" in 2021, through the Emeritus Institute of Management, a joint program of Columbia Business School Executive Education and MIT Sloan.

Ozan Ünay

Digital Transformation and Information Technologies Director

After finishing his BS and MS education at Boğaziçi University in Computer Engineering, Ozan Ünay also completed his executive MBA at Koç University.

After starting his career as a Software Development Specialist at Aygaz in 2004, Mr. Ünay joined Siemens in 2006. In 2008, he continued his career as Project Management and Application Development Unit Manager at Zer Merkezi Hizmetler ve Ticaret A.Ş. Between 2016 and 2018, he undertook the role of Commercial Systems IT Manager. Since 2018, Ünay has been working as the Digital Transformation & IT Director at KoçZer.

Ünay completed his postgraduate education in the field of "Digital Business" in 2020 and "Innovation and Design Thinking" in 2021, through the Emeritus Institute of Management, a joint program of Columbia Business School Executive Education and MIT Sloan.

Sanem Bayraklı

Marketing and Corporate Communications Director

Sanem Bayraklı completed her undergraduate education in Business Administration at Uludağ University and Rutgers University, and her MBA at Koç University.

She started her career as a Customer Manager at Panalpina World, a logistics company, in 2004. Sanem Bayraklı joined Zer Merkezi Hizmetler ve Ticaret A.Ş. as a Procurement Manager in 2010. After serving as a Marketing Manager between 2016 and 2018, she became the Human Resources and Corporate Communications Manager at KoçZer in 2018. Sanem Bayraklı served as the Human Resources and Corporate Communications Director between 2020 and 2024.

As of April 1, 2024, she continues her career as the Marketing and Corporate Communications Director.

Bayraklı completed her postgraduate education in the field of "Digital Business" in 2021, through the Emeritus Institute of Management, a joint program of Columbia Business School Executive Education and MIT Sloan.

Füsun Neçare Çelik

Human Resources Director

Füsun Çelik, completed her undergraduate education in Business Administration at Hacettepe University.

After beginning to work as Business Startup and Development at Girişim Eğitim ve Danışmanlık Merkezi in 2004, she undertook the role of Organizational Development Specialist at Tofaş Türk Otomobil Fabrikası from 2007 to 2014. Between 2014 and 2018, she assumed the position of Performance and Compensation Management Specialist and Organizational Development Manager at Koç Holding. Then she worked as Talent, Leadership Development and Employer Branding Group Manager at Tüpraş between 2019 and 2021. Füsun Çelik joined Arçelik – LG as Human Resources Manager in 2021.

Ms. Çelik, was appointed to her current position as Human Resources Director for Zer Merkezi Hizmetler ve Ticaret A.Ş. as of April 1, 2024.
